My background is in hospitality operations, where I've spent much of my career working with teams, systems and the small details that shape an experience.
I'm especially interested in improving how things work — whether that's simplifying a process, organizing information, developing an idea, or finding a more thoughtful way to solve an everyday problem.
I like learning about things that sit outside my usual world. Technology, sustainability, design, cities, transportation and the way organizations work are some of the subjects that regularly send me down a rabbit hole.
A lot of the projects on this website started exactly that way: I wondered whether something could be done, then decided to try building it.
Away from work, I enjoy drawing, getting outdoors, travelling and making small personal projects simply because I find them interesting.
This website is one of those projects — a small place for my work, experiments and whatever else I think is worth keeping.
